September 2012

This September I will be showing at The People's Food Co-Op in Kalamazoo, MI. It is lovely to be showing my work in my new community. Ah summer, it is here and has been very hot. The heat has even followed me home to Oregon, where I am visiting loved ones for some time. But I suppose with the heat come small joys like hot peppers growing in the garden and a very true appreciation for other seasons. As I sit in this beautiful old house with my family's loyal pup by my side in small town Oregon, surrounded by hop fields and mountains in the distance I am reminded to always be grateful for every new day and I suppose that even includes heat waves. Wishing love and icy cold lemonade vibes to all of you out there. Peace.
